Nicolai Bergmann NOMU welcomes you into a comfortable space filled with natural light, decorated with Scandinavian style and Japanese design elements. Fresh flowers are always in bloom in our cafe, offering an oasis in the middle of the bustling city of Tokyo. The "Smørrebrød," a traditional Danish open sandwich, is served with rye bread baked in the store every morning with a variety of toppings to choose from. Our cafe menu include freshly baked sweets and pastries to be enjoyed with our coffee and tea selections. We also offer a wide selection of wines from around the world, selected by Nicolai Bergmann himself. We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy hygge space for tea time, lunch, coffee breaks, and various other occasions.
An abundance of natural light flows through the interiors with concrete based ceiling and walls and the Scandinavian style pendant lights cast shadows on the oakwood flower tables and counters designed by Nicolai, beautifully illuminating the entire space.
