From August 6, NOMU Aoyama will begin offering Happy Hour daily from 4 to 7 PM.
Unwind in the late afternoon with a curated selection of natural wines and thoughtfully crafted food in a relaxed and stylish setting.

In addition to our existing wines, Happy Hour will feature a rotating selection of characterful natural wines available at special prices. Each bottle is carefully made with minimal intervention, showcasing the vitality of nature through fresh, layered flavors. We also offer craft beers and non-alcoholic beverages, making it a welcoming space for everyone.
To pair with your drink, we’ve introduced a selection of flavorful small bites. Try our Smørrebrød—a satisfying open-faced sandwich combining creamy potato purée, tangy feta, and rich brown cheese—or our Spicy Nuts, a crunchy must-have snack with a kick of heat. Perfect for sharing over conversation.

◼︎Poppelvej 2021
Founded in 2016 by Danish winemaker Uffe Deichmann in McLaren Vale, Australia, Poppelvej takes its name from a road built by his ancestors in a Danish fishing village—“Poppel” meaning poplar tree. This red wine is made from de-stemmed Cabernet Franc, fermented with wild yeast in open tanks, foot-crushed, and aged four months in old barrels. Unfiltered and unfined, it features herbal notes, iron minerality, and a fresh, modern natural expression of the varietal.
◼︎Pigato 2022
Crafted under the philosophy that “all quality begins in the vineyard,” this Pigato is made from estate-grown grapes in Clare Valley, fermented with wild yeast and handled with minimal intervention—no filtration or fining, and only minimal SO₂ added. Expect refreshing aromas of grapefruit and summer citrus, with a slight bitterness from the peel for complexity.
◼︎High Noon 2024
From Ricca Terra—one of Australia’s rising stars—this light orange wine features a hazy yellow hue. A field blend of three grape varieties undergoes seven days of skin contact and partial aging in oak barrels (3–6 months). Unfiltered and unfined, it offers a crisp citrus freshness with aromas and textures reminiscent of peach tea.
